Item returned must be in resalable condition in original packaging / shipping box.  No personalized products can be returned.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges including insurance.  Include name, address, telephone email and invoice number.  The price of the product will be credtied to your credit card.  Call or email us immediately if product is damaged for instructions.
